We have a highly experienced and professional childcare team of eleven staff, all of whom are professionally qualified in early years, most qualified at level 3. There is a minimum of 6 staff present at every session and, with a maximum of 26 children attending each session, this provides an adult:child ratio of just under 1:4 or better.  Each child has a key person, a special member of staff, who forms a special bond with your child and works with you to help your child settle in and to support their development and progress. Your key person also maintains your child’s ‘Learning Journey’ which is a record comprising written observations, photographs and examples of their activities, achievements and progress at pre-school.
